Answer:

Ok. Please do the steps below.

1. Run MagicISO.
2. Insert the source CD into CD-ROM.
3. Click "Tools"->"Make ISO from CD/DVD-ROM" ...

4. Choose the source CD-ROM, enter  the output file name.

5. Click "Ok" to start making iso image from CD-ROM.
